Established in 1991, we are a 2nd generation family run business along with our “Team Stringer” representatives. Stringer Management has one of the largest inventories of properties in Sarasota, Manatee & Charlotte counties. Our motto is “We treat your property as if it were our own!” Stringer Management specializes in property management for annual unfurnished rentals, vacation furnished rentals (season/off-season), non-management services for annual unfurnished rentals and sales.
